''Ristorante Da Valentino'' is listed among authentic Italian restaurant in this country. I'd been waiting for a chance to come here,somehow........I just put it off day after day.
I think the suburban location is inconvenient,but.....I did agree with everything after I'd visited here,bringing a cozy and homely and rustic ambience!!
The chef here come from Tuscany but his cooking is definitely,well done!! I heard that culinary skills of Tuscany are quite simple,it seemed pale beside any other areas. Since I have tried Valentino & Pietrasanta(the chef come from Tuscany as well) I wish someday would visit Tuscany. Undoubtedly!! it was an another good Italian dining experience in this country.
Da Valentino run by their family,the service here is really attentive to our needs.

I nearly licked the sauce off the plate!! ......Their staff was pulling my leg~~he said....We don't need to wash the plate.
We ordered one of the daily specials ~~~Pork Shank with gravy sauce!

Chantilly cake 見た目によらず。。。。美味しい～～～ melt-in-your-mouth~~~one of the best cakes in Singapore indeed.
