ミッションを与えられ、出張に出掛けた？？？でも、無責任な妻がひたすら何食べようかな？と涎を垂らしながら、出発した～

中華モード全開～～～～～～～～～～～～

空港でまず優雅に抹茶を頂きました～

JALのビーフカレーを絶対食べたい~絶対お肉を一杯すくいたい～とろっとしてるビーフが何とも言えない美味しさだった！

一枚の演奏会チケットのきっかけでここのレストランを知った！素晴らしい雰囲気に魅かれて、誕生日はここに来ようと思って、正直に味はともあれ。。。。全然考えてなかった～～期待してなかったから？？期待外れの心配もなく、逆に良かった～～。素晴らしいレストランで、美味しかったし、至れり尽くせりな一晩でした～

満員御礼だった！びっくりした～無伴奏の演奏は確かにごまかせないので、素人ながら素晴らしさを感心した～チケットありがとうございました！お蔭様で違う世界を広げてくれた！

Dinnerはすべて予約制で、事前にメニューを選んで、当日は一人一人のテーブルの前に、改めてメニューの内容をカードで頂けます～

 力食い縛って、やっと１テーブルを取った！　窓際の席は当然前から予約されてる。。。。

何？今更取りたい～って口調された。。。。（泣）

 見れて良かったが、こんな忙しく食べるご飯は初めてだった！カメラを手から離さずに、いつでもシャッターを押せるように待ち構えた！

窓際に座れる人。。。。羨ましかった～

After had performed at the recital,my hubby treated me a ''Well-done'' dinner.

He encouraged me a lot to attend the recital from the beginning,but.....I had no confidence,.....still made the determination to attend.

 I really did my best and had a good performance,I reckon. (It was a real struggle for my age)

 It'd be a good experience and will bring back many pleasant memories of SG.

In order to attend a special event,we'd had a early dinner(?) first and then went to the event venue

OMG~~~~~~~~~~~ You really made a  great effort to protect this attractive box for me.

I just couldn't imagine how you carried this fragile box with you for 12 hrs flying back home

It's a nicest souvenir~~~~~I deeply appreciated your kindness.

I had lunch at LeBon Marche'
with my friend last time. I'm so sorry said......here is not worth making a special try. let me retract my words!!!

 
My friend is a real gourmet,who introduced me to get burrata here,I bought one as a first trial.......and surprised at its price!! It's pricy.........

It's pricy but.......once you try it,you'll find it hard to get out of it!! (Super yummy)

Burrata ......it made from cow's milk and filled with fresh cream,it's a kind of fresh mozzarella but.......actually,it's different from buffalo mozzarella and ......it's too perishable to stock.

Escargot with garlic butter is popular.....

J will be suffering alzheimer very soon. Some symptoms of alzheimer have manifested already.(absent-minded,forgetful.... etc.) I can forget everything,but just don't want to forget about what I have eaten so far. ………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… To make a blog can be a good way to keep a record of your life. Some photos with notes could help you recall exactly what happened in your past few years. It is really good for someone who will be alzheimer.(~_~;) …(J) ………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… Singapore is a good country,but…I did realize that we've got nothing to do in this small island（−＿−；） To splash out a penny on a good meal,it would be a good relaxation here. I've got many photos,I'll try to arrange in order of different cuisine. I believe here would bring me back lots of good memories of Singapore!(^_−)−☆
