I had lunch at LeBon Marche'
with my friend last time. I'm so sorry said......here is not worth making a special try. let me retract my words!!!

 
My friend is a real gourmet,who introduced me to get burrata here,I bought one as a first trial.......and surprised at its price!! It's pricy.........

It's pricy but.......once you try it,you'll find it hard to get out of it!! (Super yummy)

Burrata ......it made from cow's milk and filled with fresh cream,it's a kind of fresh mozzarella but.......actually,it's different from buffalo mozzarella and ......it's too perishable to stock.

Escargot with garlic butter is popular.....

Burrata is so delicate & perishable,monger pay attention for hot weather,packing it with a lot of ice cube to help you take it back home.

I will miss this burrata when I go back JP.  東京行けば、売ってると思う！不便～～
