Pietrasanta (HP)

My friend took me here for lunch before and I came back with my hubby this time! Her Italian friend has been recommending ''Pietrasanta'' as one of the exexcellent restaurants in Singapore. Here is rumored that being recognized as an authentic Italian restaurant in Singapore by Chef Osvaldo Forlino as well.

満席だよ～～。外人ばかり！！ヨーロピアンはラフな格好でもなぜか格好いい～。アジア人はビーサンを履いてたら、、、、。

Glass of white wine......$10++　超良心的～～

Burrata~ the portion was too generous~~ これだけで、お腹一杯になったよん！！

Staff advised us to order focaccia~~~ Burrata is best served with crusty bread. And......all you need for it is ''good quality of extra virgin olive oil'' and good petter.

The oil here was so flavourful~~enhanced this burrata's flavour a lot. Highly Recommended!! Just have to ask if the burrata is available for the day!!

Hot Focaccia　

Tagliatelle con salsiccia tarfufo~~ The tagliatelle was so silky and ~~~sausage go very well with truffle together!! I can only come back for this dish!!

Parma ham pizza was recommended by staff but....our starter will be coming with parma ham,..... another alternative is .............Salami pizza~~~

I was too full,so...can't give the verdict of this. We asked for packing it.

Amaretti cake......$9.9++ 　お酒より高くない？？でも。。。Yummyでした～～

残りのピザーは。。。。旦那さんの夕食になった。
