ここって、一度IDを作った場所なんだけど、使い難くて、結局放棄した。。。YAHOOで改めてIDを作ったのに。。。。が、最後の最後にYAHOOから追い出されて、仕方がなく、戻ってきた(泣)。。。でも、やはり使い慣れないわ~~~(大泣)

やっと来られた~~。大満足なランチだった~土曜日もランチやってる事が素晴らしい~~~~~~


噂通り~~すべてが良かった~~


この国の政界の大物もこの店を訪れてるって聞いたから、興味がすごくあって、先にランチを試しに来てみた。


レストランに入った途端、日本人ぽっいお客が見当たらず、全部ローカルの方達だった。ちなみにこの日は満席だった。すごいな~~~目の前のローカルの家族がロゼのシャンパンとかワインとか。。。。。飲んでた~~~いいな~~家族の集まりって羨ましい~~~。

最近フリーペーパーが良くこの店を紹介していて、行ってみたら、なんと昔、北海道ラーメンの店があった所、やはり。。。。潰れた~~~ (予測してた!)

 

豚骨派の私、結構ここのラーメン好き~~~

白石(HP)

久しぶりにお寿司を食べようと思って、Ritzに来ました~~

ロビーに着いたら、いつもと違う雰囲気で。。。。。何かのお祭りやってる??と思って、半端じゃない人の群れなので、ついつい何かあるの???と答えを知りたかった。

おおおおお~~~初めて知った!年に2回やるらしい~~super brunchって知った。

しかし、こんな big scaleなブランチは初めて見たよん~~~


問い合わせしたら、brunch 78 とも呼んでる!(buffet is spread 78 meters!! from chihuly lounge to greenhouse) バブリーやな~~この国は~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

観光客気分でついついシャッターを押した!!

今年と去年のシャンパンはMoet-Chandonで、一昨年はなんとDom Perignonだって。。。なんだそれ??どこまでバブリーか?????

普段の日はvintage champagne brunch オファーしてる!!でも、あまり飲めないから~~行かない!

My friend took me here for lunch. The restaurant was packed with JP housewives.

What a high percentage of the diners are JP housewives. I was confused----I thought I was in JP.

I was scared of bumping into someone else again on that day........

But,......here is really worth a try!! It was as good as rumored that they've been providing the high quality of set lunch with reasonable price!

The most popular one is set A lunch which was only priced at $20++with dessert

I think.......it's worth more than $20.......the dessert was nice,too......and green tea was free flowed~~

That's why!!.....the thrifty housewives keep patronizing here....

Free flowed green tea quench our thirst .......it helps us to keep a long chat.

As usual,we had a ''hearty meal'' at the beginning of a new year,and wished for everything to have an auspicious beginning. & We wish you a Happy New Year~~~~~~~ (今年もヨロシクね~~)

I suffered from a bad digestion since I'd come back from TW. It's extremely rare for me to have a loss of appetite. Just needed to put off the date to enjoy  a feast.  So, we went last Sunday.

Actually, we didn't have any ideas for a particular restaurant this year. We just ''walked in'' without making a reservation.

''Magosaburou'' just opened last December 2011. I think ......Singapore is fortunate to have quite a lot of famous or Michelin chefs operating restaurants here,ESP these two years,a lot of posh restaurants springing up ~~~~ I do believe that people have been playing the money games on this small island.,but......I've got no idea with ~~~~what's going on with the extremes of poverty and wealth on this TINY island???

I think .........whatever happens~~~probably, industry of food won't be strongly influenced during economic depression.

Our flight was at around  7:00pm, so just had our Christmas Dinner at Changi Airaport.


I had many pleasant memories with Saboten when I was studying in Tokyo.


I love their  ''かつ丼’’ so much~~~. I wasn't fed up of eating everyday~~


I am so happy that they operate franchises in Singapore.

I do make hamburg steak~~(not so often)at home,but it really made my sholder so stiff. Somethings are just better left to professional. Ma Maison is one of my favourite restaurant. Special home-made demi-glace go well with flavourful patty. I don't know how it is cooked!!  ..........(I'm not serious about making good demi-glace sauce) It's better just come here when you crave for hamburg steak.

Japanese seasonal eel is pretty good but,the price is rather expensive. All my hubby's family love eels so much. They spend a small fortune to eat good ells during the summer time. So,even he is living in Singapore now,he insists on his custom,OK!!........


You can have very good eels at AKANE,but probably,you need to be patient and wait till they grilled it, it takes long time usually.......But,it is really worth waiting.
