小星星(^_−)−☆星國美食記

Chef Osvaldo Forlino is a famous Italian chef in Singapore. '' No Menu'' is his latest restaurant actually. I was eager to have a try here. I've ever been to ''Forlino'' once,but....I knew that he had left before I dined there. After Forlino at One Fullerton,he set up '' Osvaldo Ristorante Italiano'' with his partner. But........I still hadn't got a chance to try before he parted with his partner.

He is a legend for me and somehow I hadn't really kept him in my mind until my friend asked me whether we could go there for our end of year's lunch. I finally had an enjoyable experience with '' Osvaldo Forlino''.

Someone prefer the fine dining at ''Forlino'' or casual,rustic one at ''Osvaldo''. I think ''No Menu'' is something like ''Buko Nero'' they run the business with entire family.

The service here is not too ritualistic,which you can expect to receive a warm,enthusiastic reception. I did find the hospitality industry in this country has something gone wrone. I would rather pay for warm servie than the food. Restaurant ANDRE is a typical example for me.(残念でしょうがない）

Overll , ''No Menu'' is a decent restaurant,it's worth coming back over and over. Good food with warm service. It was a perfect ending of lunch this year.

満席～～～。夜の席が中々取れないらしい

前菜が一皿つづ分けてくれた～　これでもうお腹いっぱい～

三皿のメインをそれぞれ味見してみた。。。　それぞれいいお味でした～～

お腹炸裂しちゃいそうだけど。。。完食！

甘物が別腹

このグリーアップルケーキー。。。。。超美味しかった～～ワンホール欲しいぐらい、美味しい～
