One-Michelin-Starred Ginza Sushi Ichi opened in Feb this year and, we'd been waiting for a try. Why we didn't visit immediately? As you know that when a new restaurant has just opened,you may suffer their half-backed service. It's been almost a half-year, I supposed everything should be in its place.

After have tried it and we did agree with why they won the honor of one-michelin-star. It is pricy but,it worth every penny!!

We were ushered in by a polite waiter and, our first journey with ''鮨一'' began well.

We were served by Chef Kimura Tomoo this time. Personally,I'd like to pay a well-deserved compliment to him. He is warm & attentive & prompt. He paid attention to everything and kept a good interaction with us throughout the meal.

Chef Kimura is so informative. He explained the difference between these two different kinds of sea urchin. It's so mouth-watering,isn't it?

We really love its shell-fish. Out of this world!!!

We LOVE this tempura!! The contents of the tempura is sesame tofu ,bean curd? and shrimp.

So attentive~~ they do provide finger towel! Yes~~~ someone prefer having the sushi with hand.

Sushi~~~

We are not sushi connoisseurs but, we could say that the sushi here are definitely ''topnotch''. Sushi rice was perfectly firm and the temperature matched with raw fish exquisitely. The whole texture was velvety,we enjoyed every morsel. OUT OF THIS WORLD~~~~
