My hubby has become an obsession with carbonara,once in a while he made a request to have spaghetti carbonara. MODESTO'S is not a posh restaurant ,but the carbonara here is quite above average. A generous quantity of bacon with rich sauce,it is worth coming back over and over.

 

& I LOVE panna cotta here. I used to eat ''panna cotta '' at OTTO.....YES,''OTTO'' is much posher than here,but I have to say..........I preferred the panna cotta here.
