Dessert Wine~~~ sommelier mentioned about....this one has aged for 46 years! Also,Singapore became independent nation in the year 1965

I seldom eat formal dinner,becaurse I can't endure 4 hours to finish all the dishes. For my age,I'm not as physically active as I used to be.

We booked a table at 7:00pm,but we arrived at 6:50. We were asked to sit in the bar area for a drink first. The pianist was excellent,my hubby enjoyed the good music with his two glasses of champagne. He loves the ambience here a lot.

Personally,the service was perfect,all the staffs were knowledgeable and good at interacting with diners. & very forthcoming about the history of Singapore. But......I have to say,,,,,,,,,I am not really satisfied with the food here. For such a price,they should be better.

I was so disappointed by the weird tasting ice-cream.(wasabi&八角flavour) 本当に美味しくなかった

The dessert is quite a important part of dinner for some ladies.

To end the dinner with great desserts is a real treat.
