Many many fine dining restaurants are emerging in this city! It means '' this small island is economically prospering''. Well~~~,We are not ''the moneyed classes'' but,we do splash out pennies on food. I'd made efforts to look up some restaurants to celetrate my breadwinner's birthday before came to this restaurant.

This Private Dining operates its chinese restaurant in collaboration with Shinji Sushi restaurant ,it sounds so tempting,isn't it? Just after have known the price I had much hestation in booking a table. Gosh...( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ it's pricey for the dinner sets!! Only the lunch sets are affordable for us.

This restaurant only offer set menus and I had to preorder the selections after have contacted with their staff. I think all the ingredients here are promised to be premium quality and all the preparations are time-consuming,that's why they want to expedite the waiting time!!

After have tried thier lunch sets,we are so satisfied with everything here. The cuisine at this restaurant is so authentic,nothing fusion definitely. To be honest,it did cost the earth but,......I think it's not over-priced,everything is in top-class.

Especially,its quality of service is definitely the best one which I've experienced in this country! Probably,this restaurant will be ranked top1 at the''The Miele Guide Asia's Top20'' in the near future. Even has its ranking at the world's50 best restaurant awards. I'll keep my fingers crossed for them.

This is a revolving restaurant,it takes two hours to complete a 360 degree turn,diners can enjoy every aspect of views .

I got a surprise when I saw their staff wearing the gloves to set the table!! さすがすべてが一流～～

Their staff asked us if we'd like to have a look and take photos of all the private rooms at the 4F,then ushered us into the rooms. Amazing~ここでカラオケ出来る~
