One-Michelin-Starred Ginza Sushi Ichi opened in Feb this year and, we'd been waiting for a try. Why we didn't visit immediately? As you know that when a new restaurant has just opened,you may suffer their half-backed service. It's been almost a half-year, I supposed everything should be in its place.
